How to use Luna Translator for Visual Novel

 
Lately i have been informed that Textractor can't Hook with newest visual novel and some newbs visual novel player is confused on how to use textractor because the interface is hard to understand, so i recommend this newest translator hook app, because its easy and gui friendly for anyone.

Preparations:

Luna Translator - Download Here

Steps:

  1. Extract Luna Translator
  2. Make Luna Translator exemption in your antivirus program (Because Luna Translator force access to other app, some antivirus may think it was harmful, you don't need worry its safe)
  3. Open LunaTranslator.exe and open any visual novel you want to play.
  4. Attach Luna Translator with the VN by pressing this button 
  5. Play your visual novel until the dialog text appear/
  6. Choose 'Select Text' that appear and choose the text closest/similiar that appear in your VN.
  7. See if the text is appear in the Luna text box / translated.
  8. Luna default translator is using Baidu, you can change it by pressing this button
  9. In the Translation settings, you can use any translator you want, like DeepL, Google, Papago, or something else (I recommend you using DeepL rather than the other)
  10. Don't forget to change the Languange Settings in Core Settings. change the Source Langunge to Japanese and Target to any languange that you want
  11. You can also embed the translation to your VN, by activating it in Select Text menu and tick the embed bar 
  12. When you tick active the embedded bar, the visual novel will be translated just like manual translation 
    (Not all visual novel support embedded translation thought)
