Japanese Locale Emulator

This Guide will help you understanding about the importance about locale emulator for running Japanese Visual Novel.

What is Locale Emulator?, Locale Emulator is a tool similar to MS AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games.

Install Step
1. Download the executable from any link above.
2. Extract all files into a SAFE folder (because you will NOT be able to move these files after installation).
3. Run LEInstaller.exe and press the "Install / Upgrade" button.
4. Now you will see "Locale Emulator" menu in the context menu when right-clicking on files.

How to run
1. Right click on the Visual Novel you want to play
2. Hover your mouse to the "Locale Emulator"
3. Run in Japanese

  14. i dont understand, you dont need to run this app in full screen, this just a tools for run app with japanese languange

    This tool will appear only on the context menu (right-click on the app). There is no 'full-screen' function for this tool. But you can run Japanase VN in full-screen, of course. 😊

  17. I did everything as told in the instructions but when I press "Run in Japanese" It says I am missing LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll.
    I do not know why, even though I followed what the instructions said.
    All help is appreciated thank you!
