    1. you need to set your system locale to japanese
    2. mount with daemon tools
    3. run with japanese locale
    4. copy the patch to installation folder
    5. run the game from the installation folder 如月真綾の誘惑.exe (and run it with japanese locale)

  51. Okay, liseten you need to reinstall the vn and do the steps what i say

    - Extract
    - Install
    - Extract the patch File
    - Copy it to the installation folder
    _ Replace the original File and done

    For the license key you NEED TO COPY THE PATCH TO THE VN INSTALLATION DESTINATION (Check in the picture link i give there)
    Also if it was needed for the code then it was not patched yet
